- Outside the USA: Calculated at checkout based on destination and method.
How can I track my order?
- You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- You can also use our tracking page with your order number and email.
Damaged or incorrect item?
- We’re so sorry this happened. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
- We’ll prioritize a fast, free replacement. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund.
Lost package?
- If a shipment is delayed unusually or shows no movement, reach out to us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement when confirmed lost.
Delivery to access points / post office
- If a package is delivered to a pickup point and isn’t collected and the parcel returns to us, we can reship (shipping fees apply) or issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee to cover handling and outbound shipping.
