Return Policy

How long do I have to return?
- Return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
What condition must items be in?
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Tags attached and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
- Email support@musthavesmoda.com before sending anything back.
- Include your order number and the item(s) you’re returning.
- After you ship, share the return tracking number with us.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Change of mind / wrong size / no longer want it: customer covers the return label and shipping (about $20).
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover the return and/or send a free replacement.
When will I get my refund?
- After your return is received and inspected, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 10 days of receipt.
Exchanges
- We don’t process direct exchanges.
- Return your item and place a new order.
- For defective items, we’ll replace at no cost (or refund if a replacement isn’t available).
Damaged or faulty item
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide: order number, which item is affected, a short description, and clear photos (include the outer box if it arrived damaged).
- We prioritize a fast, free replacement; if unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.
- Claims require photo proof reviewed by our team.
Wrong item received
- Email us with: order number, the item you didn’t receive, the item you did receive, and a photo.
- We’ll send the correct item and advise what to do with the incorrect one.
Uncollected or refused deliveries
- If a parcel is delivered to a pickup point and isn’t collected (and returns to us), we can reship (shipping fees apply) or refund minus a 25% restocking fee to cover handling and outbound shipping.
